We began searching for our Florida home almost a year ago. While searching, we came across Agent Eddie Rodriguez listings. I then reached out to him for his assistance in helping us find our dream home. We could not be happier. From the beginning, we had a chat regarding what we were looking for, and what was a must have and the type of community we wanted to live in. From there, Eddie went to work for us. I hired Eddie back in the fall to rent out my Coach home in Naples. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Eddie is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. I had a contract with an agent to lease out my new furnished Coach home in Naples for 10 months with no showings. I found Eddie‘s name and reached out to him. He immediately went over to my unit to take a look at it l. I live out of town so he handled the cleaning service , a handyman to fix odds and ends and had a showing two days later and rented it out for a full year. He is extremely responsive, knows the market better than anyone , goes above and beyond and always with a smile! I would use him time and time again!
